Every lesson is led by qualified, first-aid trained, and DBS-verified coaches dedicated to participant safety, welfare, and positive youth engagement.

The Teens lesson will build them up ready to join in the main MMA.

All Sinners MMA involves a high intensity level of training, with close contact, and a blended mixture of skills. The lesson involves striking (boxing), kicking to the legs, body and head, wrestling and ju-jitsu from standing and on the ground, and other techniques, to bring together the skills that work for you as you develop your style.

The lessons are:
