We coach high quality boxing for people to have fun and get fit, but also for people to compete. We compete on the white collar (beginner) and semi-pro (higher level, paid) circuits. Each boxer makes this choice, and we match when we feel the boxer is ready. To be ready you have to be fit and capable (including sparring regularly).
The TFS coaching team have years of experience and all been involved in competitions.
Our aim is to create a respected and respectful competitive boxing club, see our code of conduct.
It is also important to our team to create ‘non-contact’ ways to express the passion for training. Training with us does not have to mean sparring. Learning high skilled pad work and boxing drills can be rewarding, and we hope to help enthusiastic people get into coaching once capable.
Boxing is a great way to keep fit and grow in confidence. The training as part of a team is a great way to workout. The team work is a huge part of what we encourage because it helps us physically and mentally get the most out of each day. The best way to learn and improve is to train with other good boxers, and as a team we all help drive the standards up.
The boxing training takes place nearly every day, but that doesn't mean members have to train that much. Members have the option to train as much or as little as they want under the membership price.
One of the extra ideas with have is for people to learn pad and fight choreography for displays. For the brave people who don't mind getting up in front of crowds.
And remember, in all the training, no matter how hard or technical, it is important to the organisation that people have fun.

MMA
All Sinners MMA involves a high intensity level of training, with close contact, and a blended mixture of skills. The lesson involves striking (boxing), kicking to the legs, body and head, wrestling and ju-jitsu from standing and on the ground, and other techniques, to bring together the skills that work for you as you develop your style.
We want you to develop in all areas. To get the most from the training we encourage members to do a kickboxing lesson once a week, the boxing lessons before the mixed martial arts, and join in any circuit or conditioning training. MMA requires a high level of conditioning and fitness.
The lessons are:
Monday & Wednesday 8-9.30pm (16+) MMA training.
(Safety and respect in this environment is essential)
(Coming soon) 12-16yrs will have the intensity of the training
